Stir-fried Cauliflower Recipe

A stir-fried cauliflower recipe that is anything but boring. These delicious vegetables are enhanced with a mixture to turn these into delectable treats that fly off your guests' plates.
1 Tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 smallish head cauliflower sliced into large thin chunks
2 Tablespoons cold water
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 scallions, white and green parts, cut into 1-inch lengths
2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh dill
In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and toss in oil to coat and soften.
Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for 1 minute, being certain to expose all sides hot skillet.
Add the lemon, water, sugar, pepper, and scallions and cook, gently flipping to brown each side.
Transfer the cauliflower to a platter and serve hot, warm, room temperature, or cold, with fresh chopped dill.
