Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breasts Recipe
A tender juicy chicken breast recipe.
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1-2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Panko bread crumbs.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings, in a shallow bowl or pie dish.
Beat egg in a bowl, and dip chicken breasts first in eggs, coating them.
Dip chicken in mayonaisse/cheese mixture.
Finally cover chicken entirely in panko bread crumbs.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 375 degreesF for 45 minutes.
