Easy Pudding Recipe

Who needs boxed pudding? Make this easy pudding recipe for your family. Its creamy and delicious. Mmmm pudding!
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups milk
2 Tablespoons margarine or butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Meringues and mint leaves.
Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt together in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk to combine.
Gradually add the milk, stirring in with a rubber spatula. Keep stirring to keep the pudding from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Bring to a boil and cook for one minute.
Shut off and stir in ght margarine and vanilla.
Divide the pudding into glasses.
Cover each one with plastic wrap and place into the refrigerator to cool for at least 2 hours.
Garnish as desired.
